Too Faced Loves Sephora Palette

Happy Birthday Too Faced!

I've always wanted to try out eyeshadow's from Too Faced. I have the Shadow Insurance primer and I love it. This palette was released to celebrate Too Faced and Sephora's 15 years of working together. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab this! I got this during the VIB sale. It was also on sale on the Sephora website which was an even better deal. This limited edition palette was $62 CDN, it was on sale for $49 CDN. This palette features 10 eyeshadows (they're named after a moment, person, or memory that was iconic), two bronzers, a blush, a brush and a mini shadow insurance primer. I love the packaging. It's in a tin which I love because you don't have to worry about finger prints. It's also not bulky. This would be easy to take when travelling.

I love how they used the top and bottom for product. The eyeshadows are at the top and the cheek products are at the bottom. All of the eyeshadows are so soft and buttery. I was quite impressed with how pigmented they're with just one swipe.

The first shade is Piano Keys. It's a light shimmery white shade that can be used to highlight under brow bone or underneath the eye. It's not that pigmented but it's very easy to blend.

Behind The Counter is a taupe colour. It's quite pigmented, and is a beautiful colour for the crease and to contour. It's easy to blend.

So Cal is a beautiful light pink. It has a sheen and it's very easy to blend.

Soho is a light lilac colour. It has a sheen as well.

TF Love's The Cast is a dusty green colour. It's light and not too bright. I was first afraid that I wouldn't use this colour but after I swatched it, it's beautiful.

Envy is a deep eggplant colour. It's not too dark but it's the perfect purple colour.

Jer Jer is a bronze gold color. I love neutrals so this colour really caught my eye. It's very pigmented with just one swipe.

David & Marg is a light teal colour. This is quite pigmented as well.

525 Market is a nice chocolate brown colour.

Lastly is 1998. This is a gorgeous pink dark lavender sparkly colour. It has peachy gold flecks in it. Surprisingly this is very easy to blend and no fall out.

Moving onto the bottom of this palette, there is three cheek products, a flatbuki brush and shadow insurance eyeshadow primer.

The first is the Chocolate Soleil bronzer. As soon as I opened this palette I could smell this sweetness of chocolate. This bronzer truly does smell like chocolate. Who does't love chocolate?  It's a light brown not too muddy or orange. It's a bit light on my skin tone but I'm sure I can build on if needed.

The second bronzer is the Sun Bunny bronzer. It's split into two halves a light and a dark. The first two swatches are the two seperated and the last one is when you mix it together.

The blush in this palette is called Poppy. It's a peachy pink colour. It reminded me of the NARS Orgasm but this blush has no gold flecks of glitter in it. Its pigmented and a beautiful colour, I don't have anything like this in my makeup collection.

The brush is very soft. I usually don't use the brushes that come with the sets, but this would be perfect to use with the cheek products when travelling.

The Shadow Insurance is a eyeshadow primer. I have the full size of this it's as good as the Urban Decay primer potion. It makes my eyeshadows last all day long. This mini size is perfect to take when your travelling.

This palette also comes with a Glamour Guide that shows you how to create 15 different looks with the products in the palette. They're all inspired by people who they've worked with in the last 15 years. This is really helpful because it gives you step by step instructions on how to achieve the looks.

I love this palette! I can't wait to start creating looks with this. I'm scared to run out of the colours so I might be purchasing a backup since it's so affordable and on sale now.
